"What Is Christian Leadership"
Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is and walk in it and you will find rest..."
What is Christian Leadership?
Leadership is about
Making the right decisions at the right time
Directing action and exercising postive control over all activities.
Christianity is about
Christ within us working to direct our thoughts (right decisions)
Christ within us as a source of strength directing our steps (positive actions and activities)
Christian Leadership is about basing decisions and behaviors upon God ‘s understanding of us as men and women, our strengths, our weaknesses, and our needs. More importantly it is about relying on HIS strength and judgment in every situation and not our own. The object lesson of Christian Scriptures is dependence upon God as opposed to dependence on ourselves. One of the greatest misquotes attributed to the Bible is "God helps those who help themselves". This is not what the Bible says: "helping ourselves" implies that we are the source of our own power and strength and works directly against the principles of Christian life.
11. WHY IS CHRISTIANITY SO IMPORTANT TO THE MODERN WORLD?
The basic principles of Christianity have been proven correct in respect to human nature and the search for happiness, peace, and fulfillment for thousands of years.
The principle lesson which Christianity are based date to the earliest ages of civilization, and have had their power acknowledged by virtually every other re- ligion around the globe.
Based on timeless teachings and wisdom beyond the scope of human
Knowledge
About applying God’s wisdom to human problems and allowing HIM to make changes in our lives and, through us, in the lives of others
The wisdom of God as explained in His Scriptures gives us greater insight and wisdom than any leadership style or philosophy devised by even the most experienced or renown person.

"Five Ways God Uses Problem"
Introduction
: The problems you face will either defeat you or develop you, depending on how you respond to them. Unfortunately, most people fail to see how God wants to use problems for good in their lives. They react foolishly and resent their problems rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.
Here are five ways God wants to use the problems in your life:
God uses problems to DIRECT you. Sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you moving. Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change. Is God trying to get your attention?
- "Sometimes it take a painful situation to make us change our ways" Proverbs 20:30
God uses problems to INSPECT YOU. People are like tea bags...if you want to know what’s inside them, just drop them into hot water! Has God tested your faith with a problem? What do problems reveal about you?
- "When you have many kind of troubles, you should be full of joy, because you know that these troubles test Your faith, and this will give you patience." James 1:2-3
God uses problems to CORRECT you. Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure. It’s likely that as a child your parents told you not to touch a hot stove. But you probably learned by being burned. Sometimes we only learn the value of something... health, money, a relationship...by losing it.
- "It was the best thing that could have happened to me, for it taught me to pay attention to your laws." Psalm 119:71-72
God uses problems to PROTECT you. A problem can be a blessing in disguise if it prevents you from being harmed by something more serious. Last year a person was fired for refusing to do something unethical tha his boss had asked him to do. His unemployment was a problem, but it saved him from being convicted and sent to prison a year later when management’s actions were eventually discovered.
- "You intend to harm me, but God intended it for good." Genesis 50:20
God ;uses problems to PERFECT you. Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders. God is far more interested in your character than your comfort. Your relationship to God and your character are the only two things you’re going to take with you into eternity.
- "We can rejoice when we run into problems... they help us learn to be patient. And patience develops strength of character in us and help us trust God more each time we use it until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady."
Romans 5:3-4
**Here’s the point:: God is at work in your life - even when you do not recognize it or understand it. But it’s much easier and profitable when you cooperate with Him.

SEEKING A MATE
If a young man is looking for a godly woman..First he should trust God to find her for him. Second, he must realize that a virtuous woman is not going to want just any man. She is going to want to find a virtuous man (a man of strength, a man valiant for the truth, a godly servant of Christ). So if you want to have any chance of finding such a gem, you must be a gem yourself. If a young man is looking for a godly woman..First he should trust God to find her for him.
